Your booking for hypnotherapy sessions, Tai Chi and Qi Gong workshops is not transferable and only valid upon confirmation. You will be required to fill in a questionnaire for the booking of hypnotherapy sessions. All information as well as the subject of the sessions will be kept confidential. After you have sent in the completed questionnaire, you will receive an e-mail with the booking confirmation. Only after you have received the confirmation is the contract concluded.
The day you receive a hypnotherapy session is an important and beautiful day of your life! As there is a long waiting list, please notify me at least three days in advance if there are any changes. If you do not contact me within this period or you want to cancel any sessions or your entire booking, 50 % of the purchased value will be charged. Payments for sessions and courses should be transferred latest on the first session or course day.
You are aware that the therapist is not making any medical diagnosis for hypnotherapy, Qi Gong or Tai Chi, nor will he perform any medical treatment. Naturally it is not possible to guarantee any success resulting from the hypnotherapy sessions. It is your responsibility to consult a doctor or specialist for a medical diagnose before undergoing the session.

Ihr Hypnosepaket beziehungsweise ihr Tai Chi- oder Qi Gong-Workshop wurde zunächst reserviert, jedoch noch nicht verbindlich gebucht. Für die Buchung von Hypnose-Sitzungen, benötige ich noch einige Informationen von Ihnen. Dazu sende ich Ihnen einen Fragebogen. Alle Angaben werden ebenso wie die Sitzungsinhalte selbstverständlich streng vertraulich behandelt. Sie erhalten anschließend eine E-Mail mit der verbindlichen Bestätigung Ihrer Buchung. Erst nach Erhalt dieser E-Mail gilt der Vertrag als geschlossen.
Der Tag Ihrer Hypnosesitzung ist ein bedeutender und schöner Tag in Ihrem Leben! Da die Wartezeiten lang sind, bitte ich Sie, eine eventuelle Terminverschiebung mindestens drei Tage vorher bekannt zu geben. Sollten Sie nicht innerhalb dieser Frist erfolgreich Kontakt mit mir aufnehmen, muss ich Ihnen 50Prozent des regulären Sitzungspreises in Rechnung stellen. Bei Stornierungen muss ich ebenfalls 50 % der geleisteten Summe einbehalten. Die Bezahlung für Sitzungen und Kurse muss bis zum ersten Sitzungs- oder Kurstag geleistet sein.
Mir ist bekannt, dass durch den Therapeuten für Hypnose, Qi Gong und Tai Chi keine medizinische Diagnose gestellt und auch keine medizinische Heilbehandlung vorgenommen wird. Für eine seriöse Hypnosetherapie kann naturgemäß keine Erfolgsgarantie gewährt werden. Es liegt in Ihrer eigenen Verantwortung, für eine medizinische Diagnose oder Heilbehandlung vorher einen Arzt zu konsultieren.
